Having difficulty going to sleep, or staying asleep?
​Feeling wired rather than tired as you head towards bed?

Lack of sleep can make us feel edgy, depressed and unproductive; inhibiting our ability to concentrate, relate and function in a healthy manner. 
​Learn how to let go of unhealthy habits that produce tension and prevent sleep. 

Discover the daily habits that create tension affecting our mood and our muscles; which can makes us feel more awake when we want to sleep, and more asleep when we want to feel awake.
​Wired to Tired Workshops are designed to bring awareness to habits that sabatoge the sleep process. Participants will be able to practice a variety of exercises that address releasing tension both physically & mentally to encourage relaxation & rest.

Schedule Corporate Workshop
The 1 session, 60 minute, Corporate/Group workshop will engage participants in exercises to let of their muscular and mental tension by releasing the muscles, relaxing the breath, and recognizing stressful thought patterns.  
The Stress Management techniques experienced in this workshop facilitate in unwinding the nervous system and enable the body the ability to relax, repair and rest.

Wired or Tired?

This Wired to Tired Workshop is given in 4 sessions. Each session builds upon the previous one in order to establish a healthy practice of unwinding for sleep.
  • Session 1 focuses on making changes in the daily routine to enable a restful sleep routine.
  • Session 2 focuses on releasing tension to become more “grounded” and enable relaxation.
  • Session 3 focuses on recognizing thoughts and behaviors that contradict sleep and  unwind them with breathing techniques.
  • Session 4 focuses on releasing mental tension by reframing the thoughts and relaxing the muscles. ​
