Releasing Stress PatternsStress can manifest in the form of tension, by either creating discomfort and pain in the body; or fatigue and frustration in the mind. If left unchecked, it only aggravates the condition in the body and the mind.
Stress has the potential to be transformed if one is willing to be open to their contribution to it in the form of awareness. Practicing through neutral observation on how one is holding tension in the muscles and the mind, and using Stress Management techniques to let go of that tension, can complete the transformation towards unwrapping stress. The focus of the Unwrapping STRESS™ programs and practicums are for participants to understand the influence of stress on the mind, muscles, and emotions (releasing old, stress patterns); to unwrap the influence of stress on the mind, muscles, and emotions (creating new healthy habits). Unwrapping STRESS™ emphasizes participants to learn simple but effective Stress Management techniques that can easily be practiced anytime, anywhere and in any amount; to have a positive impact on breaking the cycle of stress. |

Unwrapping STRESS™ is a 4 session Group Stress Management program conducted onsite, and presented in a power point format
(varying 60-90 minutes per session). It is highly encouraged that participants attend all 4 sessions, since the program builds upon the previous session. Participants will be educated on the basics of the mind/body connection, and how this awareness enables them greater access in controlling the effects of stress, and the reaction to stress. A workbook is included to encourage practice and retention of materials. Enjoy this "Stress-Animent"!

Each practicum/session relates and builds upon the Unwrapping STRESS™ fundamental
