This program is designed for participants to recognize, release, and reset from their tension and stress.
It takes knowledge and repetition to develop the skill of addressing

affecting the muscles, the mind, and the breath. 
Stress Management techniques can alleviate tension physically, mentally and emotionally.  Practicing these techniques can create the space to 
respond in a healthier manner.
