Overwhelmed Practicum includes exercises that address your muscular and mental relationship towards feeling Overwhelmed. You will discover how to use physical, breathing, and imagery exercises to peel away the layers in the mind/body that proliferate the feeling of being overburdened and in a mental fog.
Part 1-Physically focuses on bringing awareness and breath to the lower half of the body; in order to slow down, feel grounded, and become centered.
Part 1-Mentally focuses on recognizing patterns and behavior that perpetuate the feeling of pressure and powerlessness by learning how to "Unwrap it."
