Relaxation Practicum includes exercises that retrain your muscular and mental relationship from reaction towards Relaxation. You will discover how to use physical, breathing and imagery exercises to soften tension in the mind/body, laying the foundation for clarity and calmness. 

Part 1-Physically focuses on slowing down your movements while sensing gravity, in order to release and relax muscle tension. 
Part 1-Mentally focuses on recognizing that struggle is taking over your actions, and instead become open to let this go. This strenghthens your motivation to "unwrap" mental tension towards Relaxation.
