Part 1-Physically focuses on slowing down your movements while sensing gravity, in order to release and relax muscle tension.
Part 1-Mentally focuses on recognizing that struggle is taking over your actions, and instead become open to let this go. This strenghthens your motivation to "unwrap" mental tension towards Relaxation.
