Level 2- Contains physical and breathing exercises aimed at reducing the intensity of Anger. 
The seated Tense & Release, and gentle Joint-Freeing exercises are practiced to reduce tension and increase circulation. Additionally, the Breathing and Imagery exercises continue to decrease the heat of Anger and "unwrap it."
